Scale
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt, eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Stir all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth and homogenous.
- Prepare for Baking: Pour the batter evenly into the greased loaf pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top for even baking.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. The bread is done when the top is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing. Serve as desired.
Notes
- Make sure to use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and flavor.

- You can freeze slices individually and toast them when ready to eat.
- Optional: Add herbs or spices to the batter for additional flavor variations.
- This bread is naturally gluten-free and suitable for low-carb diets.
