Description

This White Chocolate Cherry Fudge is a rich and creamy no-bake dessert that combines the sweetness of white chocolate with the tartness of dried cherries. Perfect for holiday treats or any time you crave a quick, indulgent sweet, this fudge is loaded with flavor and easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to help lift out the fudge easily after setting.
  2. Melt the base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly to prevent burning, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add flavorings and mix-ins: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, chopped dried cherries, a pinch of salt, and the chopped nuts if using. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Set the fudge: Quickly pour the smooth mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to smooth the top evenly. Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  5. Serve: Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 36 small squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can substitute dried cherries with dried cranberries for a different tartness.
  • Try mixing in mini marshmallows or shredded coconut for a fun texture variation.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to maintain freshness.
