Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, cotija cheese, finely diced jalapeño, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
