Instructions
- Wash and prepare the vegetables. Thoroughly wash all produce and cut into large chunks to make the juicing or blending process easier.
- Juice or blend the ingredients. Add the ingredients to a juicer in the order listed for best extraction, or place them in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain if needed and serve. If using a blender, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and press the pulp with the back of a spoon to extract maximum juice. Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy fresh immediately.
